All Items are shipped within 7 -10 days

Returned Items must be in the same condition as when sold.

Returned items are sometimes subject to a restocking fee.

Returns will only be accepted if returned in the original packaging.

Fsnwigs does not accept responsibility for Items lost due to posting or not collected by the buyer.

Client must provide reason for the return when sending in return.

The following items cannot be returned.

Hair Extension Tools of any kind as they could have already been used.

Used Hair Extensions

Custom hand tied Wigs.

All refunds are subject to the discretion of Fsnwigs.

Items may be subject to a restocking fee.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
