Level 11   Young girl virgin remy raw hair

  

This kinds hair usually use for Jewish wigs, high-end salon and custom made products, because of this hair resource is scarcity, the price is very expensive, it is only ok for top quality and luxurious products.
If you have no good channel, you are difficult to get the real level 11 hair. Because of many high-end salon and wigs company book the hair in advance several months ago. it is scarcely impossible to get the real level 11 hair by cheaper price.

  In China, usually this kinds hair be named European hair. “European hair” just stands for the quality, because of the hair is thin, and similar as the European hair. you almost can not get real European hair in China.   The donors already dyed their hair, the hair is colored. We have to divided into two conditions. 1. The hair cuticle is intact, the hair is well maintained, healthy and no split. If so, it is level 9 . 2. If the hair cuticle is destroyed, it is dry and split end, it is belong to level 3.

  This kinds human hair is common in our high end products. it is for dark color products. Because of this hair can not be bleached again. Purchasing Tips: If you purchase level 11 #1 color, you can buy the level 9, the quality is almost same. If so, you can save some cost.

Level 8  elder women remy raw hair

  Usually the women over 50 ages, the raw hair will be with some white hair. The gloss is not good, and the hair is drier than young girls. If the white hair is too much, This kinds hair only can do the colored products. Because of the hair cuticle is intact, It is still used in middle to high quality products.

  usually the hair is more drier than young girls. And the hair is colored. The cost is the cheapest in the remy series. Because of the hair cuticle is intact, the life span is longer than un-intact cuticle hair, It is still used in middle to high quality products.

     Level 5  processed virgin remy hair

1. No dyed, no bleach,
2. the hair cuticle is 50% intact
3. processed by remy machine

  It is the most common hair in the Europe and America market now. What is processed virgin remy hair?
The hair is nor natural remy, it is processed by remy machine. it is made from non-remy hair.

  The Remy machine working principle base on car windscreen wiper, because of the hair has the cuticle, if the hair cuticle is not same direction, the hair will be tangle, we used the remy machine to made the hair same direction. These kinds hair is processed virgin remy hair. BTW, if you are interesting in the remy machine, you can buy it from us.

  Although the remy machine can be made most hair same direction, it is not 100%, usually it is over 90% base on the different workers skills. Because of hair cuticle is not 100% same direction, in order to avoid tangle quality problem, the factory use the few acid bath to remove 50% hair cuticle. Because of the hair cuticle is destroyed, the life span will be effect. So this hair life span is not like natural remy hair. Usually it is only 6-9 months. The hair will be dry and loss gloss.

  This kinds hair is main raw hair in the hair industry, The raw hair are enough and are easily acquired so the mass production of industrialization is ensured. Leavel 4 non-remy hair

No dyed, no bleach,

When the hair cuticle removed, the hair do not tangle, it also named “processed remy hair” “remy hair”, Because of the hair is no hair cuticle, the life span will be effect. Although use some silicone oil protect the hair, the hair will be dry and loss gloss after 3-6 months.

  This kinds hair is also main raw hair in the hair industry, most hair extensions and wigs made by this hair. Full lace wigs, front lace wigs, lace closure, lace frontal, hair weft, clip in hair, tape hair, fusion hair, and so on.

  The different of Level 4 and level 5 is acid processed time and the reversed hair ratio, usually the cost is cheaper 15%。

  Usually these hair already processed by remy machine. They are the rest. The hair can not be processed many times by remy machine. There are damage for hair cuticle when remy machine processed.

  Except the hair quality level, the long hair ratio, whether remove short hair, and so on. All of them will affect the price.

  To be honest, the beginner is a little difficult to familiar the price structure. You are easy to waste much money on sample. You need to know which quality level you need first.

  E.g. some customers enquire: double drawn, top quality human hair. In fact, they just need the Level 4~level 5

  As per our factory opinion, the price is not most important. you just find a balance for your business or your budget, because there will always be low prices in the market. But the lowest price maybe is not same quality. For our factory salesman, the quotation work is difficult in these two years. Many new clients think our price is expensive. In fact, there are three reason: 1.most new clients do not know which quality level hair they need at the beginning. Different level hair price have large different, so there are some misunderstand. 2. The hair ratio is different, if the same level, the different long hair ratio, the price is large different. Our factory mainly do the middle to high end products, usually we remove the short hair. E.g. remove 10% short hair in order to improve the quality, the cost will be increase 10%. This is one of the reason.

  3. In these two years, the rat race is serious, some factories mix the different quality level hair to reduce the price. E.g. the level 6 7 8 mix 10% level 5, the price will be reduce 10% or more.
Many clients think they get the cheaper hair with good quality. In fact, the products quality have greatly compromised.  Because of the different quality level hair have different processing method, Processing time, different dyed way. If mix low level hair, have to processed base on low quality hair process way. Or else, there will be easy tangle, or have the different color. Do not try to save a little but lose a lot.

  Work with a reliable factory is important, few clients test a sample for long time. Most clients just wash several times, check whether it is tangle or shedding. To be honest, the test is not very effective, they can't really simulate and test the hair quality, E.G. the level 6 ,7,8 mix some level 5, Most clients can not distinguish the hair quality if they have no special equipment.

  During customers wear the hair several months, the lower quality level hair will become yellow and split ends gradually. Maybe you think the 10% is not too much, if full head 10% hair become yellow and split. The customer have to spend much time to pick them out or change a new one.

  If you have no stable hair and wigs supplier now, you can work with us. At least, you do not need to spend many times on testing sample, we never mix the different quality level hair. It is not long term business way.
